Staff is super friendly. I was welcomed apon entry every single time. Helpful and friendly not the usual crap where their just doing their job. They clearly want theirs and it shows. The store is very well stocked and super clean. Especially the showers definitely worth the money if you need one. I couldn't have been happier with stop in there and would recommend it to anyone.

Don’t buy any dip from this store, and check the dates. I was trying to but $53 worth of dip. I asked for the American can version but I was told by manager that they have to sell the oldest date first because of inventory. So you decide which banana date you want but you can’t be patriotic Fourth of July around the corner!! Get gas but I wouldn’t buy anything from inside the store. I even asked very politely about it. I guess I’ll go somewhere else. This is what you get for being a member!!!, just ain’t right!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Love’s Travel Stop #226 in Pueblo, CO was unacceptable. I arrived around 3:00 PM for a PM service, replacement of two trailer air bags, and a trailer tire replacement. As I write this review, it is 11:30 PM, and I am still waiting for the work to be fully completed. The biggest issue was with a mechanic named Kev. His attitude toward customers was completely unprofessional. He was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative throughout the process. On multiple occasions, he told me to “get out of his shop” simply because I was asking legitimate questions about repairs that affect my safety on the road. After the tire replacement, I noticed the tire was still losing air. I politely asked him to verify the repair using soapy water because I was about to drive 600 miles to El Paso, TX. He became upset and insisted that tightening the valve by hand was sufficient and that nothing was wrong. When I checked the tire myself, there was a significant air leak in the system. Another mechanic had to come over and properly diagnose and repair the issue that Kev had failed to address. The same thing h

My car got a flat tire driving home from Colorado Springs. I ended up being stranded on I25 for almost two hours. I had repeat issues with my roadside assistance and my insurance until I was able to get ahold of the Loves Towing Service. Cubby was the gentleman who came out to help us. It was such a kind and genuine act, and I am grateful for him and his amazing service. He went above and beyond for me to ensure my car and myself were taken care of. I could not ask for better service and would recommend them to anyone who ever needed a tow. Thank you again to Loves and especially thank you to Cubby. You saved the night!

A crew of angels 😊 y'all deserve the best that life has to offer mann... I was treated with the utmost respect over here, them people provided me with an excellent quality of customer service. They're super family oriented as well; clean showers and well kept location.. Plenty of parking spaces
